What information will you hold about me and will it be safe?
Information that we currently collect is as follows;
• Name, address, e-mail, telephone number, and order details. We DO NOT store any credit card information that you enter.
• Other data, from time to time, to help us provide you with improved products and services

Is it safe to give my credit card details over the internet?
Any credit card information sent to us is encrypted (scrambled) via the secure PayPal system while being sent over the Internet. When it reaches PayPal they then encrypt the content so that it can only be read by authorised personnel. This makes it very difficult for anyone to intercept your details

How will you use the information that you collect?
We use this information to help us better understand your browsing and shopping requirements. Through this we believe that we can offer you more relevant and timely products and services and attempt to improve your browsing and shopping experience with us. The main uses of the data are:

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including, but not limited to:

• Any item that has been fitted or used
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
• Any item that is gas-powered or contains flammable liquids.

You have the right to cancel any order within seven days of your contract with The Tropical Fish Shop, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).

If you do cancel your order, you will have your payment returned and must return the goods to us in the same condition in which you received them, via a suitable carriage method.
